ROUSSOS is partnering with a leading Architectural Studio who are on the hunt for an Architect to bolster their expanding team. With a dedication to design excellence and a stellar reputation, they specialise in high-end residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects, boasting recent involvement in several notable endeavours across SA valued at up to $40M. Situated on the southern outskirts of the CBD, you'll be collaborating with a passionate team who share a commitment to innovative project approaches and designs. The Directors are deeply invested in staff development, offering hands-on mentoring and daily engagement. This role promises an exciting opportunity as the studio continues to broaden its portfolio, with numerous projects set to kick off in the coming months.
 
The Role
This Studio is seeking a motivated and autonomous professional, this individual will have the opportunity to lead projects, engaging directly with clients and consultants. Your contributions will not only support the studio in managing the current project workload but also inspire confidence in pursuing new and diverse projects to foster business growth and exposure.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Steer a design team across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Work closely with client groups, internal and external stakeholders, and project teams
• Independently deliver small-scale projects and drive a team on larger scale projects
• Prepare reports, communication material and presentations.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Support the design teams through research into project-specific design issues

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful for this opportunity, you will be a Registered Architect with 5 - 7 years’ experience working in an Australian Architecture studio. Proficiency using Revit will be essential, in addition to the ability to produce high-quality documentation drawings with accuracy and clarity. Experience working within residential and commercial projects will be looked upon favourably. Excellent communication skills will allow you to foster great working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other design team members.
