This reputable national engineering consultancy has established a solid for it's exceptional delivery of civil and structural projects. As one of SA's leading Tier 2 consultancies, this company consistently executes significant projects across education, industrial, multi-residential, aged care, and mixed-use sectors. With a strategic growth plan in place to further their presence on a national scale, this consultancy is looking to engage a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Adelaide team. The role
The Role
Reporting directly to the Structural Manager, you will work across a broad range of structural engineering projects. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
The successful candidate will have the relevant tertiary qualifications, with ideally 5+ years’ experience working in the local industry. Experience leading a team and managing buildings projects is essential, along with excellent communication skills. As this is a leadership role you will have the ability to effectively build rapport and relationships with clients and stakeholders as well as mentoring engineers. This is a career defining role, that will see you contribute to a variety of challenging projects and the overall success of the business.

- Plan, manage and successfully deliver complex structural engineering projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and exceed client’s expectations on a consistent basis.
- Liaising with clients and managing their expectations, along with the support of Lead and other Senior Engineers.
- Working collaboratively with project teams from concept through to construction
- Be a technical mentor and contribute to the development of junior staff
