The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be a confident communicator, managing projects from conception to delivery. You will ensure that projects are completed in line with budgets and schedules. Your daily responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work across multiple job sites
- Adhering to health and safety requirements
- Proactively identifying and problem-solving potential issues
This role is best suited to a Site Manager with experience delivering on commercial construction projects up to $15M. The successful candidate will have the following:
- Qualifications in carpentry or relevant trade equivalent
- Passion for innovation and delivery of high-quality projects
- Fantastic leadership skills, to facilitate your team's success
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with great time management
