This innovative and professional engineering consultancy are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team! This role is based in the Adelaide CBD, surrounded by many cafés, shops and public transport. The Role
 
Working with multiple departments in a collaborative environment, you will provide efficient and reliable administration support to a busy team. This is a great opportunity to step up and grow in a fast-paced environment, learning from the best. Your role will include, but not be limited to:
 
  • Answering incoming calls and email enquires
  • Calendar management and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing and editing documents
  • Management of social media accounts
  • Typing of correspondence such as reports, forms, letters, emails, and minutes.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Providing back up reception cover
