The vibrant, newly renovated open plan office is based in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, easily accessible via public transport and close to cafes and shops. We are seeking a bright, bubbly individual with a can-do attitude to take responsibility for all office administration requirements within the business.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration support to the entire team. Joining a company who have a focus on promoting from within, you will be given the opportunity for continued growth and professional development within the business.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Document formatting and generation of daily reports
- Assisting with collating information for tender and proposal documents
- Organise internal team social events
- Manage office supplies including stationery and kitchen orders
- Coordinate diaries and schedule client meetings
To hit the ground running, the ideal candidate will demonstrate 1-2+ years in a similar administration role, with exposure to the construction industry highly regarded. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment. Exceptional time management skills and the initiative to take on tasks around the office will see you thrive in this role, and your positive and approachable attitude will see you fit seamlessly into the social team culture. You will be a collaborative team player, and you will also demonstrate the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
