ROUSSOS is partnering with a highly regarded architectural studio to appoint a skilled Architectural Technician with strong Revit capability.
With a strong pipeline of large-scale and technically complex projects, this opportunity will see you embedded within a collaborative studio environment, supporting project teams through high-quality documentation, BIM coordination, and technical problem-solving.
Working alongside Architects, Designers, and Engineers, you will play a key role in project delivery across health, education, residential, commercial, and civic developments.
The Role
As an Architectural Technician, you will support project delivery from design development through to construction documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and coordination across all stages.
Key responsibilities include:
You will bring 4+ years of local experience as an Architectural Technician, with strong Revit capability and a sound understanding of building technology and documentation standards.

- Supporting BIM coordination and resolving technical design issues
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain project flow
- Assisting with design development, modelling, and construction detailing
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all documentation
You will bring 4+ years of local experience as an Architectural Technician, with strong Revit capability and a sound understanding of building technology and documentation standards.
You will demonstrate:
- Advanced Revit skills, including complex modelling and documentation
- Strong understanding of Australian building codes and construction processes
- Ability to produce accurate and coordinated documentation packages
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas
