The Role
As an Associate, you will be responsible for leading projects and project teams while contributing to the broader success of the studio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects through all stages of design and delivery
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted project advisor
- Providing mentorship and day-to-day support to Graduate and Registered Architects
- Driving design quality, documentation standards, and project outcomes
- Coordinating consultants and internal project teams
- Supporting business development and long-term client relationships
You are an experienced Registered Architect who enjoys leading from the front and helping others succeed.
You will ideally bring:
- 10+ years of local architectural experience
- Education project experience (is preferred)
- Registration as an Architect in Australia
- Experience leading project teams and managing clients
- A passion for mentoring graduates and developing future talent
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
