This is an opportunity to take ownership of the BIM systems and procedures, and further assist the studio in providing exceptional outcomes for their clients, ensuring each project is better than the last. The Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking professional, who is eager to review and implement key software policies and procedures. Training and development will be an integral part of the role, so your ability to mentor and guide team members effectively across the software systems will be essential.
In the role of BIM Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience using BIM and Revit, preferably within an architecture studio. As a technically minded individual, you will be confident implementing BIM standards and procedures across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design and building technology documentation. In addition to this, you will be self-motivated, detail orientated and driven to implement and provide the best possible solutions throughout the business.

- Trouble shooting and assisting with model management
- Maintain and develop templates, libraries, and manuals
- Attend conferences and events on relevant technology and systems
- Implement and support BIM office procedures
