With the team making headway on a major master-planned community, they are now seeking a land development expert – a Civil Engineer who is ready to step up into a Development Manager role.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will take responsibility for the development management, design, leasing and construction functions of key strategic commercial development projects. All general responsibilities and capabilities are to be executed in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Build and maintain strategic external relationships
Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders
Prepare development forecasts and budgets
Monitor and manage the end to end of each project
Manage risk and ensure continuous development
Identify, develop, and convert target opportunities in line with strategic plan

You will be an exceptional communicator, easily building strong relationships at all levels and have a solid network of contacts.
