The Role
As Project Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of project and program management across the health, education, and housing sectors. Sensum are eager to engage a professional who can successfully manage the projects and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. You will have the responsibility of managing the full project lifecycle for multiple projects, including feasibility, planning and design stages. Previous experience in a client-facing role will be key as you will be coordinating multiple contractors and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this opportunity with Sensum, you will have relevant qualifications in construction management, architecture, property, or quantity surveying. You will have demonstrated experience across commercial project delivery, in addition to 3+ years working within a Project Manager position. Strong negotiation and time management skills will be essential as you will be managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your excellent communication skills and a team player mindset will allow you to build key relationships with clients and stakeholders, and see you effectively work within the Sensum team.
