As such, we are looking to engage a Residential Draftsperson to join their team to work on exciting and challenging projects, whilst immersing in a forward-thinking company culture with a strong vision.
The Role
This role will see you using Revit to produce detailed working drawings across a range of high-end residential homes. You will be responsible for providing accurate drawings and display creativity, whilst also demonstrating a sound knowledge of the residential industry. Working collaboratively with the team – and more specifically, reporting to the Design Manager – you will manage amendments and selection changes as required. You will work across all facets of the building design process and liaise with engineers, councils, developers to obtain relevant documentation and approvals. As a technically minded and approachable individual, you will become an immediately valued team member within the Finesse Built business.

To be considered for this opportunity with Finesse Built, you will have previous experience working as a Residential Draftsperson in a similar role – and those who can showcase experience within a Residential Builder or Architecture Studio will be highly regarded. Previous exposure to Revit will be essential, and proficiency in the use of rendering, Escape and Photoshop will be advantageous. Of course, an understanding of the construction process, terminology and documentation is essential. Above all, you will possess high level attention to detail, whilst being able to work under tight deadlines, and have a desire to progress your career for the long term.
