Your New Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will provide leadership and general management to Project Managers and construction teams. The primary focus of this key leadership position includes assisting the business in achieving the safety, technical and commercial objectives. You will also provide a mentor/ coach style of leadership to the group, ensuring that cultural and commercial expectations are maintained and achieved.
Demonstrate a proactive commitment to upholding work health and safety as a core business value.
Mentor and support the Project Managers to achieve greater onsite efficiencies to improve project margins.
Ensure project safety, technical and commercial objectives and planned and delivered.
Develop and mentor project management teams in relation to methodology and production efficiencies for projects.
Ensure project reporting is provided on a timely basis, detailing performance, and financial variations.
Maintain compliance and ensure procedures are consistent and complementary to company approved policies.
