The business delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, education, government and aged-care sectors, with values typically up to $5M.

The Role

As Construction Manager, you will take ownership of delivery across multiple live projects while providing leadership and direction to the Site Management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of multiple commercial new build and fitout projects up to $5M
• Managing, mentoring, and supporting a team of Site Managers across various sites
• Providing guidance on construction methodology, programming, and problem-solving
• Overseeing site systems, safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance
• Coordinating resources, subcontractors, and site teams to optimise performance
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Contributing to strategic planning, resourcing, and continual improvement initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A solid trade-based background with strong experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Construction Manager
• A track record of delivering projects in the $3M-$5M range
• Demonstrated leadership capability across multiple sites or teams
• Strong organisational and communication skills, particularly with clients and consultants
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to managing people and projects
