As the business enters its next stage of growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join the leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving project performance, mentoring delivery teams, and supporting the strategic direction of the business.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will provide oversight across multiple projects while helping shape the operational performance of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role that will see you working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Contract Administrators, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

- Providing leadership and support across multiple active construction projects
- Mentoring and developing Project Managers, Site Managers, and project delivery teams
- Driving programme, budget, quality, and safety outcomes across the portfolio
- Working closely with clients and consultants to maintain strong long-term relationships
- Supporting project planning, resourcing, procurement, and risk management activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and project delivery performance
- Contributing to business planning, growth initiatives, and operational strategy
- Supporting pre-construction activities and assisting in securing future project opportunities
You are an experienced construction leader who enjoys developing people, building relationships, and creating successful project outcomes.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience within commercial construction leadership roles
- A strong track record delivering commercial, industrial, mixed-use, or Design & Construct projects
- Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing project teams
- Strong commercial, contractual, and operational management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A collaborative leadership style and solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project involvement
