The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from a commercial and contractual perspective. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will assist in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cost management, budgeting, and financial tracking
  • Prepare and administer subcontractor packages and contracts
  • Support procurement processes, including tendering and trade engagement
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project logistics
  • Assist in managing variations, claims, and project documentation

You will be an emerging Contract Administrator looking to further develop your skills within a supportive and growing business. You will bring a proactive approach and a willingness to learn, along with strong communication skills.

You will ideally have:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role
  • Exposure to commercial construction projects within South Australia
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Construction Management or similar highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
  • Motivation to grow your career within a stable team environment
