The Role
You will play a key role in the commercial management of a major build, working closely with an experienced PM and site team to drive outcomes across procurement, cost control, and subcontractor management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accounts
- Supporting project delivery with strong commercial oversight
- Working closely with site and project teams to ensure smooth execution
- Contributing to cost reporting, forecasting, and contract administration processes
- Experience as a CA or Senior CA within the commercial construction space
- Exposure to mid-to-large scale projects (or ready to step up into one)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to work within an established team
- $150M flagship project with a reputable builder
- Established, supportive project team already in place
- City fringe location with strong pipeline of future work
