The Role
This role will suit a driven Contract Administrator who is eager to hit the ground running and achieve great results. Reporting to the Senior Contract Administrator, your key responsibilities will see you assist in managing all cost and contractual matters including: 

  • Management of cost and procurement risks.

  • Ensuring high quality performance in accordance with Tandem systems, client requirements, specifications, and associated documentation.

  • Upholding contractual obligations with the execution of head contract and subcontract requirements.

  • Coordinating and managing project and site documentation.

  • Preparing, negotiating, and finalising subcontract packages.

  • Preparing contract progress claims, variations, and EoT claims.

  • Managing project accounts and assist with accurate financial tracking/forecasting.

You will also develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and subcontractors working with all parties to ensure the best possible commercial outcome is achieved.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator within the South Australian market, and exposure to sizeable commercial construction projects will be favourable. Your sound knowledge of contract negotiation, variations and RFI’s will see you transition smoothly into this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will allow you to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
