The Role
As the Development Manager of a large, reputable property developer, you will be responsible for the continued growth of the brand, value proposition and market position in South Australia. You will work across the full development lifecycle from acquisition through to delivery. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Build and maintain strategic external relationships
Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders
Prepare development forecasts and budgets
Monitor and manage the end to end of each project
Manage risk and ensure continuous development
Identify, develop, and convert target opportunities in line with strategic plan

This is the perfect role for someone who is a collaborative team player and who enjoys working in a fast-paced cohesive work environment. Extensive experience in property, development and project management is required, along with working knowledge of local planning laws, cost planning and forecasting. Naturally, you will have great attention to detail and a strong desire and drive to deliver high quality developments. This role will see you showcase your determination and ambition to drive multiple projects through the full project lifecycle.
