The Role
Our Marketing is seen as the core of our business – our brand storyteller that communicates our point of difference. As our Digital Marketing specialist, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and extended ROUSSOS team to develop and communicate content that connects with our candidate and client partners. Focusing on content creation, this role requires someone with knowledge and expertise in working with various social media and advertising platforms.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing organic and paid campaign strategies to deliver on our business goals

  • Create and maintain a strong online presence and engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google and any other additional platforms moving forward

  • Continually adapting strategies and methods to suit an ever-changing environment

  • Curate and publish content that is consistent with the ROUSSOS brand messaging and in line with our brand guidelines, as well as looking at ways to expand and engage our audience in alternative ways

  • Keep up to date with the latest in digital advertising trends so that you can help our client partners make informed decisions on their advertising strategies

  • Ensure content is approved and posts are published and optimised for each platform in a structured way

This is a full-time role based in the ROUSSOS office in Ebenezer Place, East End.
The Like Mind
We move at a fast pace, so we are looking for someone who has experience. Given that we work quickly, we are after someone who shows a sense of urgency when needed and has the ability to adapt quickly to ever-changing market activity. A demonstrated ability to identify and create engaging social media content and recognise and leverage social media moments is a must. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of how people consume social content, has an eye for detail and an interest in keeping up to date with industry trends. If you can consistently show high attention to detail, and experience / understanding of design platforms including Adobe Suite and online-based programs like Canva, we would love to hear from you.
