The Role
Working alongside a team of passionate and skilled professionals, you will be responsible for producing estimating activities across the entire project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Participating in proposal preparations, competitive bids and reviewing tender documentation
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders, negotiating the tender process
- Working with Project Managers to manage invoicing / debts and other project tasks
- Assisting Project Leader's with compliance with Safety in Design & OH&S requirements
- Daily updates of progress reports and web-based tracking toolkits (database/ data entry)
To succeed in this role, you will have the relevant tertiary qualifications, in addition to experience working for a reputable building contractor on projects within the South Australian market. Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as well as a natural ability to foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be surrounded with like mind professionals, who are driven, collaborative and determined to deliver and outperform client expectations.
