Due to this growth, FORM is seeking an Estimator with 2-4 years of experience to join their team.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects, from new builds through to fitouts and refurbishments, contributing to tenders from initial concept through to submission.

The Role

You will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects, from new builds through to fitouts and refurbishments, contributing to tenders from initial concept through to submission

In this role, you will:
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates across commercial and fitout projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Complete quantity take-offs and support procurement processes
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop practical and competitive submissions
  • Contribute to methodologies, programmes, and tender strategies
  • Support tender coordination, submissions, and documentation
  • Participate in post-tender reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

This role will suit an Estimator early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
You will bring:
  • 2-4 years of estimating or relevant construction experience
  • A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • The ability to manage deadlines across multiple tenders
  • A genuine interest in commercial construction and fitout projects
