This is an opportunity to join a collaborative leadership team in a pivotal Executive Coordination Lead position, supporting an Executive General Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of a busy executive portfolio.
Offering a 9-day fortnight, a prime CBD office location, and exposure to senior decision-makers, this role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant or Executive Officer looking to step into a broader coordination role.
The Role
The role is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role, this position sits at the centre of executive operations, ensuring priorities are aligned, decisions are actioned, and strategic initiatives continue to move forward. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing high-level coordination, governance, and stakeholder support in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with a senior executive and leadership team, you will:

- Lead governance activities including executive meetings, action tracking and reporting
- Coordinate strategic planning, leadership forums and portfolio priorities
- Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations and executive communications
- Act as a key liaison across leaders, stakeholders and project teams to help influence decisions in a complex, high-profile project environment
- Drive operational coordination to ensure priorities are delivered effectively
You are an experienced Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, Executive Coordinator, or senior Executive Assistant who enjoys working beyond traditional administration and wants to play an active role in supporting leadership and organisational outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience supporting senior executives in complex environments
- Outstanding organisation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written communication and executive-level reporting capability
- The ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and exceptional attention to detail
