Foreman - $45M Commercial Project

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Foreman who is looking to take a step up in their career and contribute to the delivery of a $45M commercial build here in Adelaide. Operating for over 40 years across Australia, this well-established contractor has completed multiple high profile and challenging landmark projects. Their capabilities span across multiple industries which have lead to their strong presence in the Adelaide market. Relationships are extremely important to our client, always ensuring that everyone is working as a team towards a common goal and developing lasting relationships in the process. We would love to hear from Foreman who is passionate about developing their career and who is ready to make a positive impact on the delivery on a large-scale, multi-storey office build.

The Role
This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment; calling for responsive thinking and a keen ability to problem solve. Exercising strong attention to detail to all that you do, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• On-site supervision and co-ordination of the project and staff
• Ensuring daily productivity so the project is delivered on time and to budget
• Regular reporting of progress and any on-site issues
• Attending and coordinating necessary site meetings

You will be an excellent communicator and be able to produce precise and concise written works. Safety is at the forefront of our client’s values, and you will demonstrate an outstanding track record to ensure high quality and code compliance.

The Like Mind
Previous experience as a Foreman in a Tier 1 / Tier 2 environment and trade qualifications are ideal for success on this project. You must have a superb eye for detail, lead by example and remain composed under pressure. It is vital that you are a clear and confident communicator and can maintain positive and successful relationships with your staff, subcontractors, and clients. This is an environment where you are expected to work collaboratively, understanding that you are all working together to achieve the same outcome.
