We are now looking for a self-motivated and energetic graduate to join our team, stepping into a Recruitment Consultant role.
  
The Role
Joining the team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be provided with hands-on training to set you up for success in your new career. This role will suit someone who is driven to go above and beyond, achieve their best and enjoys being challenged.
  
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Identifying talent using in house database, social media platforms and advertising methods
  • Interviewing candidates and providing authentic feedback on suitable opportunities
  • Candidate administration through reference checks and CV formatting
  • Becoming a specialist in their recruitment field
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Be open to business development and generating new opportunities within your market
The Like Mind
The ideal candidate will be a HR Graduate or Undergraduate looking to complete their degree in 2021. We will provide you with the training and support needed to develop the technical skills required in your new role. To be successful you will be confident and professional in communications and demonstrate commitment to succeeding both individually and as a business.
