This is an opportunity to join a respected construction team where your contribution will directly influence safety culture, compliance, and operational performance across the business.

The Role

As HSQE Manager, you will provide leadership across health, safety, quality, and environmental practices, driving a proactive and engaged safety culture throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of HSQE systems and frameworks
  • Deliver practical training, coaching, and toolbox talks across site teams
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong knowledge of WHS legislation and industry requirements
  • Partner with operational teams to embed safe work practices across projects
The Like Mind
  • Proven experience in a senior safety or HSQE leadership role within construction
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage teams on site
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused, and proactive in approach
  • Relevant qualifications in WHS (Certificate IV or higher) and First-Aid certification
