The Role
As HSQE Manager, you will provide leadership across health, safety, quality, and environmental practices, driving a proactive and engaged safety culture throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of HSQE systems and frameworks
- Deliver practical training, coaching, and toolbox talks across site teams
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Maintain strong knowledge of WHS legislation and industry requirements
- Partner with operational teams to embed safe work practices across projects
- Proven experience in a senior safety or HSQE leadership role within construction
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage teams on site
- Hands-on, solutions-focused, and proactive in approach
- Relevant qualifications in WHS (Certificate IV or higher) and First-Aid certification
