The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded Adelaide design studio seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning commercial, workplace, hospitality, education, residential, and mixed-use developments. The Role

You will have at least 3-6 years of Interior Designer experience and will be working closely with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams. You will support the delivery of high-quality interior environments.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing concepts, space planning, and design solutions
  • Preparing documentation, schedules, and drawing packages using Revit
  • Selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures
  • Coordinating with architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
  • Attending client meetings and assisting with design presentations
  • Ensuring projects comply with relevant Australian Standards and NCC requirements
  • Supporting projects from concept through to construction and completion

You are a creative and technically capable Interior Designer who enjoys collaborating and delivering thoughtful design outcomes.

You will bring:
  • A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • 3-6 years of local Australian experience
  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A strong eye for detail and design quality
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to your work
