This leading national design and architectural studio is looking for an Interior Designer to join their dedicated and innovative team. With over 25 years of experience in delivering key architectural projects, this consultancy has built a reputation for creating unique and quality design solutions that exceed client expectations. In this role, you will be offered project variety, contributing to the success of projects across the commercial, education, government, health, and hospitality sectors. As you collaborate with the team in an open plan office space, you will be mentored by a highly reputable Director, and gain key industry knowledge, learning from your peers.
The Role
We are looking to engage a passionate professional with a natural flair for design. Your role will involve documentation, concept design and development, construction detailing and space planning. Working with a close-knit team, you will build your knowledge and experience, contributing to the development of detailed plans, drawings, schedules, and specifications. Your strong interpersonal skills will assist you in liaising with a variety of clients and architectural studios, building your network of key industry relationships.
The Like Mind
To succeed in this role, you will have 2+ years of experience as an Interior Designer, ideally working within a local studio. The relevant tertiary qualifications in design, in addition to sound working knowledge of Revit for design and documentation will be essential. As this is a fast-paced working environment, you will be able to manage priorities and problem-solve effectively. You will have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude and be driven to create innovative and client focused outcomes.
