The Role
You may currently be managing smaller projects, delivering key packages, or operating in a Junior PM capacity and looking for broader ownership and responsibility.
In this role, you will:
- Support and deliver projects from planning through to completion
- Take ownership of smaller projects or key stages of larger builds
- Coordinate programmes, manage subcontractors, and assist with cost control
- Work closely with internal design, commercial, and site teams within a D&C environment
- Contribute to successful project outcomes across safety, programme, and budget
About You
- 3–6 years’ experience within commercial construction
- Exposure to a range of sectors such as industrial, education, medical, retail, or fit-out (or a strong desire to broaden your experience)
- Understanding of Design & Construct project delivery
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ambition to develop into a well-rounded Project Manager
