The Role
As an experienced Leading Hand/ Junior Site Supervisor, you will oversee all building activities across multiple project sites.

To excel in this role, you will be a clear and confident communicator who is able to take lead on site and earn the respect of others. The successful candidate will have qualifications in Carpentry, in addition to experience in a similar role within the residential or commercial sector. Demonstrated knowledge across the industry, including relevant safety requirements, current practices, and legislation will be key. You will be outcome driven, self-motivated and demonstrate great attention to detail. This role will see you represent a unique organisation who are known for delivering innovative and respected design and construction projects that stand the test of time.

- Organise project schedules and allocate resources
- Assisting in preparation of estimates for minor works
