This is a unique opportunity to join an award winning, national Architecture studio as the Marketing and Communications Manager for their Adelaide team. This studio is involved in delivering some of the most highly regarded and iconic projects, both locally and across the country. Based out of a stunning light-filled studio located in the lively streets of Adelaide’s CBD, our client pride themselves on being approachable, hardworking, and collaborative, and have a strong brand presence in the market. This is an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to produce project winning submissions and contribute directly to the overall success of the business.
 
The Role
Reporting to the National Communications and Marketing Manager, this role will see you managing the communications and submissions process for the South Australian team and projects.
 
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the tender process, including preparing documents, forms and templates related to tender submissions
  • Incorporate high-quality creative and technical writing to elevate the quality of tenders and brand perception
  • Maintain an up-to-date content library, including relevant company information, personnel CVs, and key project data
  • Oversee the national & international award calendars, and manage the award submission process
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the marketing, communications, and social media channels
  • Work autonomously to meet tight deadlines, respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities to meet submission deadlines
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the leadership team to develop tailored proposals and presentations
  
The Like Mind
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a talent for writing – both creative and technical, and the ability to work both autonomously and in collaboration with the team. Previous experience working within the architecture, property or construction industries will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Although a demonstrated history of coordinating tenders and submissions will be an advantage, this role could also suit an individual with excellent writing ability and an eagerness to up skill into this area. Sound knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite will be essential, as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. This role will suit an individual who enjoys juggling conflicting deadlines and has the drive to excel in all aspects of their work, contributing to a high-performing work culture.
