Marketing and Tender Coordinator

With a fantastic reputation, our client is a South Australian commercial construction company who continue to excel in the local market, and they are looking for a Marketing and Tender Coordinator to join their team. Based in Adelaide’s Eastern City fringe, this family-owned business invests in their staff by giving them the opportunity progress and up-skill within the business. A newly created opportunity due to business growth, this role will see you working closely with the Estimating Manager to coordinate tender documentation, as well as assisting with general administration tasks and marketing across the business.
 
The Role
Your high-level attention to detail and document formatting ability will see you producing professional and project winning tenders. Collaborating with key stakeholders within the business to source tender content, you will manage competing priorities and work to strict deadlines. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for managing marketing requirements of the business, including social media, internal event coordination, and website updates. You will be joining a fast-paced and supportive team environment, working autonomously to manage a diverse and busy workload.
 
The Like Mind
The ideal candidate will have 2 + years of experience within a similar position and while not essential, a background in the building and construction industry will be highly regarded. As a self-motivated professional who thrives in a diverse work environment, you will have excellent and well-developed communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders across the business. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will see you successfully work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
