Now is your opportunity to join this high-performing team as a Marketing Coordinator in a newly created role. You will support the Project Marketing Managers and work on the promotion of some of SA’s most exciting projects! 
 
The Role
This role will see you collaborating with the Project Marketing Managers to create and implement cutting edge marketing campaigns for leading projects. You'll have the opportunity to learn and develop your marketing skillset through mentorship and guidance from some of the best in the industry!
 
Specifically, tasks will include:
  • Coordinate the roll out and implementation of project marketing initiatives including sales releases, promotional campaigns and advertising material
  • Assist with event coordination for project launches and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain and update website content, at both a local and national level
  • Manage the EDM program, regularly providing content to subscribers including sales releases, project updates, and community initiatives
  • Prepare and collate statistics for sales and marketing reports
The Like Mind
You will be a vibrant marketing professional with up to 12 months experience, with exposure to the property and building industries being highly desirable - but not essential. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to work autonomously to implement marketing initiatives, and who shows an eagerness to contribute to the team's success. Attention to detail, the ability to juggle competing priorities and a professional approach will see you transition smoothly into this role. You'll be confident working across the Microsoft Office and Adobe suites, and demonstrate the ability to learn new programs quickly.
