Project Marketing Manager

You will be leading the local marketing team to deliver high quality and sophisticated marketing campaigns. The Role
This role will see you create and implement brand initiatives as well as leading campaigns for designated projects. You will be undertaking customer research, launching corporate marketing activities, and providing marketing advice to meet daily operational agenda requirements.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Manage public relations and communication strategies for all projects
  • Ensure projects are successfully marketed to achieve profits are in line with outlined expectations
  • Lead and mentor the local marketing team members
  • Assist with the preparation of timely delivery of projects and reporting requirements
  • Contribute to the corporate content outlined in the National Communications Strategy
  • Intergrade strategic marketing initiatives into the identification of potential new property development or corporate opportunities
  • Motivate team members through leading by example and ensuring the marketing team delivers a high quality of service
