As the office administrator, your unflinching desire to see a task through to finish will see you as the go-to person in the office! The Role
Working alongside forward-thinking professionals, you will be providing day to day administrative support to the team. The role would suit an energetic person with drive and enthusiasm for their work. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work autonomously and meet deadlines. If you possess a honed eye for detail and can organise your workload in a systematic manner, then this might be the perfect role for you!
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Email management & providing general administration support to the team
  • Coordinate meetings & diaries
  • Uploading tenders and tender submissions
  • Management of social media platforms
  • Assisting in quality assurance & WHS
  • Project reporting, and assisting in the preparation of monthly reports
The Like Mind
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous experience in an administration role, and ideally have exposure to the property industry (construction, engineering or architecture). Experience in tender coordination will be highly regarded. Exceptional time management and organisational skills come naturally to you including the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently.
