This role will see you provide key support to the Studio Director and become a ‘go-to’ person for support across the team. The Role
Reporting to the Director, you will be managing not only their day, but also being across all other office priorities. You will be a pacesetter who is capable of lightening the workload of your manager whilst implementing new procedures to ensure smooth operations throughout the business.
 
Your key responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to: 
  • Monitor and action incoming emails on behalf of the director
  • Coordinate weekly social events, including catering and event coordination
  • Be the initial point of contact for all administrative requests across the team
  • Contribute to the studio’s workflow and internal communications
  • Implement procedures to streamline studio efficiencies
  • Provide support as needed to the Director and team with general administration tasks

To ensure success in this role, you may be an experienced Personal Assistant or an all-rounder administrator who ticks all of the boxes. We are looking for an individual who uses their initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, constantly learning and evolving. Attention to detail, the ability to prioritise accordingly and a professional approach will see you transition smoothly into this role. This dynamic role will suit someone who is driven and highly organised and has experience providing high level support to leaders and senior staff within the business.
