They are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their collaborative team. This opportunity is well suited to someone with early career experience who is ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and continue developing within a structured and supportive environment.
The Role
Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and site teams, you will play an active role across the full project lifecycle, building on your existing experience while expanding your commercial and delivery capability.

The Role
Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and site teams, you will play an active role across the full project lifecycle, building on your existing experience while expanding your commercial and delivery capability.
- Assist with subcontractor procurement, scopes, and package letting
- Support contract administration across head contracts and subcontracts
- Contribute to cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Process progress claims and variations
- Maintain project documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Support programme management and key project milestones
About You
- Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years’ experience with a contractor in South Australia
- Exposure to commercial construction projects
- Strong attention to detail with developing commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
