The Role
Working closely with experienced Project Managers, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery across all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end project coordination from planning through to completion
- Manage project documentation, scheduling, and procurement processes
- Support contract administration, including subcontractor packages and compliance
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Assist in managing budgets, variations, and cost tracking
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality, and project outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture across site and office

You will ideally have:
- 2+ years’ experience within commercial construction
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Exposure to contract administration processes
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- A genuine interest in progressing into Project Management
- Relevant construction qualifications (advantageous, not essential)
- Vehicle included as part of your package
