The Opportunity ROUSSOS is partnering with a highly regarded Tier One contractor known for delivering some of South Australia’s most recognised and technically complex projects. With a secured pipeline of major work and one of the industry’s strongest cultures, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Adelaide team.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, Engineers and Commercial teams, you will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle while building your technical, commercial and operational skillset within a high-performing environment.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting subcontractor procurement and scope coordination
• Assisting with contract administration, cost tracking and forecasting
• Managing project documentation, progress claims and variations
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Supporting programme delivery and project milestones

We are looking to connect with motivated construction professionals who bring:

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
• 2–4 years’ experience within commercial construction
• Exposure to medium or large-scale building projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and genuine passion for construction
