As project opportunities continue to increase, they are seeking a Project Director to join the team. This position is ideal for an experienced Project Manager looking for greater influence, autonomy, and exposure to the broader operations of a growing construction business.
You will work closely with the Directors, taking ownership of key projects while helping to drive consistency, performance, and project outcomes across the business.

The Role

- Leading the delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Managing project programmes, budgets, risk, quality, and stakeholder outcomes
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and project delivery teams
- Providing leadership and support to Site Managers, Project Engineers, and Contract Administrators
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry partners
- Contributing to project planning, forecasting, and delivery strategies
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across project systems and processes
We are seeking an experienced construction professional who enjoys leading projects while remaining close to the delivery process.
You will ideally bring:
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
- Exposure to commercial, industrial, mixed-use, or multi-storey residential developments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Sound commercial and contractual understanding
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project outcomes
- A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership
