The Role
Working alongside experienced Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers, you will play an important role in delivering projects from planning through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
- Monitoring quality, programme, and compliance throughout project delivery
- Coordinating site activities and supporting construction teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Preparing project documentation, including ITPs, SWMS, and quality records
- Conducting QA inspections and supporting WHS compliance across projects
- Taking on increasing project responsibility as you progress towards a Senior Project Engineer position
You are a Civil Project Engineer with experience delivering infrastructure projects and are ready to continue progressing your career within a growing contractor.
You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience working on civil infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams
- Ambition to progress into a Senior Project Engineer and, ultimately, Project Manager role
