This knowledge-driven studio has plans to further elevate themselves in creating impactful and functional designs. In your new role as a Senior Project Leader, you will lead a motivated team in delivering multifaceted projects, who are pushing boundaries to define themselves within the tier 1 space. This is an exceptional opportunity to produce immaculate designs within their team of Architects and Interior Designers!
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Leader to lead and develop teams across a variety of large and complex projects autonomously, from concept to completion. Playing a key role in business strategy and development, you will have the opportunity to define yourself as an industry frontrunner. With a positive workplace culture supporting a growth mindset, you will be encouraged to voice your opinion when decision-making and push ideas to achieve development. Ultimately, you will be a key contributor to positioning and promoting this studio as an industry sector leader in South Australia.

This studio grants the freedom to drive processes with passion amongst a likeminded team. To be successful, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications combined with at least 8 years’ industry experience working on commercial and or institutional projects. Architectural Registration would also be desirable. With knowledge of local suppliers and manufacturers, you will be able to jump straight into this position to manage resourcing and meet required timeframes. Revit proficiency and exceptional design and documentation skills are desirable. As a natural leader, your excellent communication skills will assist you to lead and inspire your team to success. Above all, your hunger to deliver complex, high-quality projects will see you elevating within this team.
