The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex builds, supported by experienced teams and proven systems to help you succeed at a Tier One level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion
- Driving programme, cost, and quality outcomes
- Overseeing subcontractor engagement and performance
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Leading and mentoring project teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
About You
You are currently operating as a Project Manager within a Tier 2 contractor and are ready to take the next step into a larger, more structured Tier One environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects $15M–$50M+
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- A collaborative leadership style
- The ambition to step into larger, more complex Tier One projects
