The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from award through to completion
- Leading client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Overseeing procurement, programme, and contract administration activities
- Driving project performance across cost, quality, and time objectives
- Identifying and resolving complex construction challenges
- Providing leadership across project delivery teams
- Ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience working for a commercial building contractor
- A background in Project Management, Project Engineering, or Contract Administration
- Excellent commercial and contractual understanding of construction
- Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Technical capability across complex construction projects
- Confident leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
