As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards the business is known for.

- Managing fitout and new build projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Leading client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery
- Managing project budgets, programmes, procurement, and reporting requirements
- Coordinating internal project teams and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
- Monitoring project risk, quality, compliance, and safety outcomes
- Driving project performance while maintaining exceptional client service standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to business growth
To be successful, you will bring previous Project Management experience within commercial construction, ideally delivering fitout, refurbishment, hospitality, retail, or new build projects.
You will also possess:
- A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- A genuine passion for quality construction and client outcomes
