- Managing the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion
- Driving programme, cost, quality, and commercial outcomes
- Leading and mentoring project delivery teams
- Managing subcontractor engagement and project performance
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Identifying and managing project risks while maintaining programme certainty
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
You may already be an established Project Manager, or perhaps you're a Senior Project Coordinator or Senior Contract Administrator ready to step into a larger leadership role.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage programme, cost, and risk
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to work collaboratively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- A genuine passion for delivering projects you are proud to put your name to
