As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join the Major Projects division. This role offers exposure to a diverse mix of major commercial projects and faster-paced works across Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders. You'll work in a delivery-focused environment where accountability is high, expectations are clear, and support is readily available from an experienced leadership team.
The Role
Working closely with clients, builders, suppliers, and installation teams, you will take ownership of multiple projects from handover through to completion, ensuring quality outcomes and exceptional client service throughout.

The Role

- Managing multiple commercial flooring projects concurrently
- Coordinating installers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Monitoring project programmes, budgets, procurement, and material deliveries
- Managing defects, inspections, and project close-out activities
- Maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 builders
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Preparing project documentation, progress reporting, and project administration
- Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and client outcomes
We're looking for a highly organised Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial construction environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
You will bring:
- Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Flooring or floor covering experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confidence managing defects and project close-out processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound Microsoft Office and Excel skills with strong overall IT capability
- A proactive, team-first attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
