The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Project Director, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion while leading high-performing project teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of commercial Design & Construct projects
- Leading project programmes, budgets, procurement, and contractual outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Coordinating internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Managing commercial performance, reporting, and project risk
- Driving quality, safety, and programme outcomes across every stage of delivery
- Providing leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout construction
This opportunity is suited to an experienced Project Manager who is confident delivering commercial projects independently and is looking to join a builder where quality, culture, and long-term career development genuinely matter.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering commercial Design & Construct projects valued from approximately $5M-$10M+
- Strong commercial and contractual management capability
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills
- The ability to lead project teams while maintaining a collaborative approach
- Either tertiary qualifications or a trade background within construction
