The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from early planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in managing stakeholders, coordinating teams, and driving outcomes across all phases of construction.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from early planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in managing stakeholders, coordinating teams, and driving outcomes across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept through to delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Lead project communication through regular reporting and meetings
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to achieve project outcomes
- Oversee programme, cost, and contract performance
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with quality and safety expectations
You are a confident and capable Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and delivering well-run projects. You bring a practical approach to construction and understand how to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong project outcomes.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience delivering projects valued $10M–$50M+
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer ready to step up
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all project stakeholders
- Experience managing projects through all stages of design and construction
- A focus on quality, organisation, and consistent delivery
- Strong, stable pipeline of secured work
- Projects driven by repeat clients and long-term relationships
