Receptionist / Administration Assistant

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to offer a Receptionist/Administration Assistant role in an interactive, welcoming, and close-knit team based in the Northwest suburbs of Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous reception or administration experience to join a high performing team and further develop their office support skills. With close to 40 years experience in their industry, this company pride themselves on offering an exceptional experience to their clients. We are looking for an energetic and professional individual with a ‘can do attitude’, willing to take on any task and assist across all levels of the business. 
 
The Role
This role will see you become an integral part of a driven and collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Liaising with customers on a regular basis with a professional & positive phone manner
  • Ensure the database is maintained & up to date at all times
  • Assist the Finance Manager & Administration Manager with day-to-day operations of the business
  • Provide support to the sales team, processing orders & entering accurate sales data into the system

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role, along with excellent customer service skills. We would love to hear from individuals who demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to work independently or in collaboration with the team
