The Role
The role requires an accountable, reliable, and professional individual to assist with the day to day running of the office, providing administrative support to multiple teams.
 
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Providing exceptional customer service at front of house, including responding to face-to-face phone and email enquires
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations of the business, and ensuring office supplies are maintained
  • Ensure the internal database is always maintained & up to date, including digital record keeping and data entry
  • Coordination and organisation of social functions and team events
  • Collating agendas for meetings and minute taking

This role will see you using your multi-tasking skills to tackle competing priorities with ease handling any situation with poise. Along with 2+ years previous experience in a Reception or Administration role, knowledge of the construction or building industry will be highly regarded. You will have remarkable verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standard. Your keen initiative, high level organisation skills and love for customer service will see you transition smoothly into this role, and quickly become an invaluable member of the team.
